Refund policy

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to try your cushion. If you are not happy with it for any reason, we will refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email trancaonguyen98452@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Your refund

Once your return is received we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Damaged or faulty items

If your cushion arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
