Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is on its way, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and duties

If your country charges import duties or taxes, they are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will send it again once you confirm the correct details.
